We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something's not right, we're here to help.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Please contact us within 30 days of the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. 
  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the item you want is in stock, we recommend purchasing it directly to secure it. Once we receive your return, we'll process a refund.
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
  • Include the return form in your package to ensure prompt processing.

Exchanges

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.
  • We offer one exchange per order.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

We can offer you either a store credit or an exchange of size. Amount is exclusive of original shipping costs.

Processing time is typically 3–5 business days from when we receive your return.

Once you have sent the parcel, we ask that you provide the tracking number. Once we have the tracking number and can see it is live heading back to us, we are happy to arrange an In Transit exchange in most cases, which means that rather than wait for the items to come back to us, we process the new order immediately.
